Zara, a 27 year old fashion designer specializing in costumes, has requested an extension to her house for a designated workspace that reflects the three stages of her design process: creative thinking, research, and garment production. She and her husband, a photographer, want to create a clear separation between their home life and Zara's studio. By designing a workspace that reflects her professional needs, Zara hopes to create a harmonious balance between her personal and professional life.
